It has become a tradition now for Mom Hansen, Emily, Larissa and me to watch the Miss America pageant together each year. Congrats to Miss Wisconsin on the win! No congrats to her make up stylists who forgot to use waterproof mascara on her lashes.
I personally believe that Miss Chinatown USA should have taken the crown.
In honor of the pageant here are some pageant classics.
Holy! Best post ever!! What is that trumpet solo?! Should help the U.S. such as.... For the last 3 years my sister and I have been making the trip to Vegas for Miss America but this year she had a baby, so I had to watch it alone on my couch. I wish I could've watched it with guys so I could hear your snarky comments (hopefully one of you guys pointed out that Miss Florida mistook "evening wear" to mean "find black glitter pasties and a skirt that matches"). Comment any waaaaaaay!
