So I've been putting off posting cause so much has gone on but it's funny cause I always think "hey update your blog" when I look at other peoples blogs who haven't updated in like a week :) and I've missed about a month. Last you read I was very bored of Little Rock and feeling lonely while Eric was in hotels, since then.............................
-Eric came home from being in hotels and we decided to have some fun in LR. Which included the most lame duck marching event at the Peabody Hotel -That Jon & Kate Plus 8 was full of crap! Also a siting of the actually "Little Rock" -even more lame. The pictures of that day were pretty boring so I'll just post a cute pic of us. CUTE!
-Guess what we also decided? To come home to Utah! Yeah that marching duck show was the final straw and we were out! But not before I left to NYC! To see all my amazing SISTAS (in-law) My mom in-law is included in this group of SISTAS. They're all pretty awesome to say the least! Anyway............................... While in NYC we did some pretty awesome stuff. Statue of Lib., Ellis Island, WICKED, Carlos Bakery, and of course shopping, shopping and well MORE shopping. (I was happy to go to an H&M or Sephora on every corner) Not to mention my own GG tour. (Dear Shayla, I miss our GG parties, will you and Jones be here the 14th for the season 3 premiere? Love Chelsea) Can I just say THANK YOU Conan for planning this AMAZING trip for us and Mom and Dad Hansen for making it possible. It was seriously so fun to get to spend time just as girls and get to know my sisters in- law better! I love you girls! Muah, muah, muah!!
-Then I came back to Little Rock and yes I missed E a tonssss, and yes he missed me more (well I think that's what the roses meant he had for me). So basically that night and the next day we packed up our lives in LR ate some Popeye's Chicken, (a southern favorite and my first and only time since moving to AR in May)
watched a ton of O.C., slept, woke up and got the heck out of there! Peace out AR, we will miss your beautiful rivers, surrounding greenery, Kroger, Whole Foods, friends we made out there, Ghangis Grill, Maggie Moos, IMAX theater, and the Central AR Library. But we will not miss the humidity, APX, Banana Republic (well me working there, cause I still love to shop there :) ), never seeing my husband and being far away from family and friends. GOODBYE forever (I'm pretty sure).
-Then we embarked on the 2 DAY journey home. Bleh. Passed through our fav. city Colby, Kansas. Saw a whole lotta nothin. Stayed the night in Denver and the next day we were back in UTAH.
-Since then we've been
***Chillin' at Mom and Dad Hansen's due to some fall through with apartments and such and here we'll stay on their good will and graciousness until we find an adorable, little place of our own again. I must say it has been so great to be surrounded by family and friends everyday. We sure missed everyone.
***Eric has been playing basketball and volleyball (his long lost loves this summer) and I've been running outside! -Long sighhhhhh, so nice to not be outside and feel like you're suffocating trying to get air (or suffocating in that gym in LR). Mmmmm Utah desert air.
***We both have our same jobs back which we both enjoy so much more than the our summer jobs. If you ever need a new suit or white shirts you can visit E at the mish mall in Orem. And if you ever decide that you want to learn all about the awesomeness of eating great visit C at Real Foods in Orem on 800 N.
***We start school on Wednesday but are both kind of sad about it. Mostly because summer just started for us and because we are trying to figure out what to do with our majors and everything. I'll post some more updates on that when we get things all figured out. Until then, enjoy this lovely post complete with pictures and everything!
