We usually do this on Christmas Eve but since the married ones of my family will be doing Christmas with the in-laws we will have the Tamale Dinner tonight. I'm not a huge fan of tamales but I do love making them with my mom and sisters (even though school and work ruled that out for me this year) and the candle lit dinner with all the family. One of the best Christmas past times of the Salcido family.
